Overall Satisfaction with Okta
I use Okta as a standard user. We use it to login in to the several applications that we manage inside our organisation.
We used it to enable secure logins into our applications.
It provides a well structured application list in tiles and an intuitive interface to find the application you need to start.

Pros
- You can manage tiles in group
- Easy way to manage app requests
- Integration with your browser
Cons
- Notifications should not disappear after clicked on it
- Pop up describing what the app is when over the arrow on the tile
- A more beautiful UI
- Secure and reliable accessing application
- Very quick and straightforward
- Good combined together Mac OS usage
I use Okta as a standard user so I can give only my perspective. Having a tool that manages access with multi factor authentication or single sign on to my applications without remembering all the password is a great thing. Also integration with my finger print on my mac is a plus for me.
I have never interacted with Okta Professional Services neither Support because we have an internal department to refer in case we have issues or requests.
When the company introduces new app with new tiles we are advised and find the tile in the list.

My best use of Okta is when I need to get info of my customers so I have a quick way to open the other interfaces like Salesforce of customer impersonation in very quick way.
I had the opportunity to use Citrix but it was an "heavy" tool. I prefer Okta here.
Regarding MS Active Directory I think is a good too with good features and not hard to use.
