Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Use it at work and love to use my computer to call other offices and have caller ID on my computer. I love it and would recommend it to other businesses. The phone system is easy setup with the voice-mails and transferring calls to others are easier. the best features on the phone to me is the Caller. The caller ID compared to the caller ID on the former phones that we used puts the other Caller ID to shame.

- having to hang up the phone on the actual phone stand to disconnect a call
- on the info button cannot cannot hit a button to redial a missed call
- Can't redial a number from VM
- My coworkers love using it
- being able to put the app on my cell phone and getting calls AH when needed
- Being able to check my phone calls from home
- VMs going to my emails and I can check them from home

Using Nextiva Business Phone Service
150 - We are a non-profit organization that has so many different departments. and different areas. Everyone in the agency uses the phone service in either in their office or in one of our consumer houses. I believe we even have the phones set up for consumers to use them in the crisis house.
150 - We have Administrative Assistants using the phone service on an ongoing and daily basis, Crisis Case Management, Program Managers, department team leaders, case managers, peer support workers.
