Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
I started using Nextiva Phone service about 4 years ago. I love the service and how easy it is to use. That is the biggest reason we switched our company to them. The ease and the customer service. Both excellent! I have never received a complaint by our clients and that is what I judge any service with. If my clients are happy, I am VERY happy!
Pros
- They get back to you quickly if there is an issue with your service or if you have a question.
- It is easy to do and takes very little time.
- I was able to download the app on my mobile and laptop which makes it very easy to do from anywhere.
Cons
- Only complaint is when you try to use the online assistant, it can take a while to get to you but it's not really been that bad and if I can't wait, I will just call and get them right away.
- It makes it where I do not have to sit by my computer all day
- It sends the calls to whoever I need it to and that makes my life easier.
They are the best or I would switch. We had other companies but this was by far the best for our needs. The cost is reasonable and we feel it serves us great.
