We migrated Cisco Call Manager to Nextiva Business Phone Service, and we saved a lot. Cisco Call Manager like other hosted PBXs is associated with CapeX and OpeX you need a well-trained IT to manage and technical support contracts,...etc.
with Nextiva Business Phone Service we we saved a lot with more features, great service, and free technical support.

- Easy Auto Attendant setup and call flow
- Free Technical support and quick response
- multi platform phone device, descktop app, and mobile app

- provide Admin with more access to the backend setup
- Big saving on CapeX and OpeX
we had a hosted PBX phone system, and with a hosted PBX system we had to pay for an SIP Trunk, IPFlex, dedicated internet circuit, Firewall, and more.
last year the hardware required a refresh, and the replacement was expensive there are some ongoing expenses such as the licensing and the technical support contract.
all these factors encouraged me to search for alternatives until I found Nextiva Business Phone Service.
