An excellent choice for VoIP
Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We are an IT MSP and switched to Nextiva Business Phone Service back in 2018. We have had a great experience with them. From the sales rep to the onboarding process to ongoing support they have delivered 100%. We liked them so much that have been migrating our clients to Nextiva Business Phone Service little by little because it gives us peace of mind knowing that our clients are on a reliable VoIP system. The post COVID office concept, the hybrid environment, is no longer an option and having Nextiva Business Phone Service makes it possible. In my experience, a combination of handsets, Desktop app and Mobile apps makes working at the office, from home or on the road seamless. Just make sure your network, router and Wi-Fi are working well and I think you are guarantee a reliable VoIP experience.
Pros
- Allows you to navigate the hybrid work environment easily
- Adding and removing employees to the system is very easy
- Employees can use their personal mobile phones without revealing their personal phone numbers
- Easy to use Conference call features
Cons
- The desktop app works well but you can only change the input/output during a call
- Auto attendant
- Dialing by extension within our company regardless of location of staff
- Time saver by screening calls
- Instant connection to staff regardless of location
In my opinion, PhoneBooth was a nice service but very basic, it just work on handsets no desktop app nor mobile app
