We use monday.com to manage our projects. Monday helped us streamline the process of features and customizations requests from our clients. Also with hundreds of integrations and automations, we can manage our workload, CRM, clients e-mails, protocols, support requests and more.

- The "My Work" functionality doesn't update in real time, and sometimes even refreshing the window does not work.

Monday has a great uptime, we moved from Trello, and although monday.com had some slowdowns at rare times, it never went down like Trello constantly did.
