Great software that helps to save time and make your business work better
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
As we are a small business (but growing) we use it in a number of different ways [like] task management [and] using it as a CRM support with Hubspot. I also use it with my clients in the management of their business plans and followups. I am always looking for other ways to utilize monday.com into our business and also use the integrations with other software that we use.
Pros
- Sales management - this is a challenge for a lot of businesses.
- Storage and retrieval of information.
- It is very scalable and I am always finding different ways to use it. Great management tool.
- It is a great tool that I can use internally and also externally by inviting clients in as guests so we have real time updating of their business plans.
Cons
- It is hard to use the research function sometimes.
- Seeing what others have done, then trying to implement that into your system is a challenge.
- The mobile versions take a while to update.
- Time savings are great.
- Easy set up of boards from templates.
- Ability to work with people outside the organization is very helpful.
Uptime status is great. The overall performance for our business is very very good. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Plus, what I have seen others be able to do makes it very powerful. The Automations are great. The integration tools with other software only add to what I have said earlier.
