Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • We spend less time trying to find out updates from each department.
  • We are no longer letting projects pass their deadlines.
  • Less paper usage in each department.
  • More accountability from each employee.
Monday is being used by multiple departments in my company. We work on many detailed orders daily. Monday helps keep each department accountable by letting us updates status on projects through out each department. At a glance we are able to see updates without actually having to walk through each department to see what is going on.

Pros

  • Organizing projects.
  • Allowing different users to update projects with notes and status.
  • Easy to organize and add new projects.
  • Visually pleasing.

Cons

  • We have been very happy with Monday and have no suggestions for improvements at this time.
We have found Monday to be extremely user friendly. We have taught older employees who have minimum computer knowledge to use Monday and create tasks and boards.
We have only had to contact customer service once, but we received assistance almost immediately.
Monday has helped transform the daily flow on how we operate. Each user is now accountable for making sure their parts are being done. We can now keep track of projects and lead times based off of start dates and completion dates. We are able to keep track of to do task and apply status updates. Monday has saved us time and also helped us keep track on potential leads and making sure we follow up on said leads.

Monday is perfect if you are company the deals with deadlines or very detailed projects. Even a company that specializes in production or anyone who needs to be a bit more organized. If you deal with clients, we also use Monday to help us keep track of clients and when we need to follow up with them.

We use Monday to help keep ourselves organized. Sometimes I get so caught up doing other task while trying to multitask. When this happens, I go to my board on Monday and I add in items to my list of task that need to be done. On this board, my assistant also has access. Monday helps me organize my workday.
