Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Huge time saver.
  • At a glance you can see employees progress.
  • Good communication interface.
Used by all employees across our organization to manage all types of projects and creative requests, and keep track of project status, vendors, creative versions, retail operations, and even exhibit design. Used as an at a glance tool for upper management to reduce email traffic and provide status updates on important tasks.

Pros

  • Creative requests easily managed with little customization.
  • Reminders and status updates provided to reduce email and back and forth.
  • Easily keep tasks scheduled.

Cons

  • I find customization of automated functions difficult to understand.
I find that I don’t need a lot of interface customization and the software is easy to use as is.
I’ve never experienced an outage with the software, it works as expected at all times. It was easy to start using right away because it provided tools that I didn’t think needed much customization. Task management tools are easy to customize when needed. Creative request management is top-notch and I did not change much.

It’s a great out of the box solution if you are overwhelmed with emails and keeping track of tasks assigned to employees. I honestly love this project management tool. You can update your co-workers and provide info and files right from the Monday.com interface. You can keep track of final file versions and all of your team can either view or be editors of the files.
