monday.com helps us to manage employee recruiting, on-boarding, management, and off-boarding. We also use it for sales CRM and new site development. It helps us stay on task, communicate with each other as a team, and not forget our to-dos. It's also great for accountability and to not drop the ball on things.

Much better for project management than using good spreadsheets to track things. In the past, we had so many spreadsheets that we had to remember to keep track of and it was a constant struggle. Using monday.com has helped us to streamline our project management process to get our tasks done faster and more efficiently.

monday.com & Collaboration
We use monday.com to facilitate cross-team collaboration at my company by creating workspaces for teams and projects. We organize the tasks with deadline and assign them with the appropriate staff and then if any discussion is needed, we are able to @mention each other in order to discuss any questions, concerns, and updates to bring the task to completion. It's helped us so much and it really works!
I would rate the project management capabilities of monday.com as a 10/10.
Often during meetings and discussions, many action items are identified. By organizing these items in a board on monday.com, everyone is able to get on the same page about what the steps are to completing the project and everyone is held accountable for their tasks and deadlines. It also allows management to see what is outstanding to manage the project and team forward. It's absolutely wonderful!
