Best In Value Collaboration Tool.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro has endless use cases for the multitude of projects I work on. It's versatile enough to be freeform to really meet any need in a conventional whiteboarding context, but it also has copious templates and even customer-built frameworks to give you a jumping-off point if you're looking to build or collaborate with greater structure.
Pros
- Collaboration across individuals/teams.
- Sharing completed work, whether it's through presentation or download.
- Open-field UI that just keeps going so I can build as big or small as I prefer.
Cons
- I don't know. I get frustrated trying to click on specific objects sometimes, but I wonder how much of that is just me using a trackpad instead of a physical mouse.
- You should let customers download high-quality images from your free version. It is a very silly "feature" to restrict based on payment. It's not a good motivator to buy; it's just a dumb roadblock. I can just as easily screenshot it myself on a large enough monitor, so you're just shooting yourselves in the foot there.
- Really read that second one please lol.
- I can't speak to improvement; I can only talk to it about enabling what was previously impossible: collaboration on whiteboarding activities and diagram building.
- the ROI has been increasing visibility on important topics to my team with other teams.
- Not sure about ROI, but having Miro or not is the difference between doing business or not for me.
With so many of my teammates spread out across the globe, Miro has made it possible for us to work together in the same room.
To be honest, I haven't checked out lucidchart and its similar products in a while. They've probably caught up at this point, so maybe I should.
