Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for workshops - both remote and in person. It’s probably most often used when wanting to make a decision together (either in design sprints or when re-designing processes) and to document the results of this. Sometimes we might use physical post-it notes but perform the summary and documentation of it in Miro

Pros

  • Simple
  • Accessible
  • East to get into

Cons

  • Easier import of images (post-in scans for example)
  • Clean design
  • Video meeting integrations
  • Collaboration between different roles
Easier to collaborate with distributed teams

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro was probably selected since it’s the most widely known option across our company. I do however like the playfulness of FigJam and see a number of features there that Miro doesnt provide.
Works well but not sure if it’s in the forefront of simular solutions out there. It’s percieved as pretty stable & good for the basics, but I like the playfulness aspect more in FigJam for example.
