My Miro experience.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Useful as a collaboration tool to map out business processes along with comments, links, etc., and also for brainstorming/whiteboarding type sessions where people can use sticky notes and group responses by theme. We might previously have tried to use a Vizio chart for some of this work, but Miro is easier to navigate between multiple users and has really useful zooming functionality.
Pros
- Drag and drop components from other apps on to the whiteboard.
- Quick creation of flowcharts and process maps.
- Multi user collaboration.
Cons
- Managing user access at an enterprise level has been a bit complicated.
- Tracking multiple Miro boards for various projects.
- Able to accomplish a lot more process review in a shorter time frame, all virtually.
It has been positive - the board is very clean and quite simple to use. Easy for one person to take the lead on items, allow others to contribute, and then go through information captured with the entire audience.
