Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Access
[It's] Used across the organization for a multi-site database to collect, organize and report on behavior and incident reports. Also used as a company-wide database for password storage.
Pros
- Database - extremely powerful . Simple, easy to use front end for the user - with extremely pwoerful database in back.
- Good reports.
Cons
- Database is very powerful. Front-end user-friendly menus can be developed with lots of "power" behind the scenes.
- Security of information.
- Large capacity to hold multiple years data.
- Saved time on collecting, compiling data
- Allows ability to compare multiple sets of data over time and specific locations
- Great sorting functionality
We did not evaluate other products for our need as we had determined that ACCESS would be our best option.
