Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central
I use LogMeIn Central for one to one assistance, remote maintenance and troubleshooting. I currently have the key servers and PCs for several customers with LogMeIn client installed. LogMeIn performs well and has rarely failed in accessibility and performance. This product has saved me hundreds of hours by allowing offsite management and the ability to hard start hung systems and even boot to safe mode on Windows PCs. Although the pricing has increased dramatically in the last couple of years, I have yet to find a product that is as easy to setup and use as LogMeIn Central.

- Very straightforward powerful tools.
- Ability to hard start hung systems.
Cons
- Pricing is the main issue for me.
- Save hundreds of hours
- Professional, timely support
- One to one session support creates opportunity to connect to customers and build relationships and confidence
The products that I have tested are either over complicated, required too much from the customer to initiate sessions or don't perform as well as LogMeIn. Even though I could possibly save money on a subscription to another product, I find the ease of use and consistency to override the initial savings.
