Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Jobs
I use LinkedIn Jobs to recruit for my hard to fill positions. The positions I utilize this for are positions with a very specific skillset and qualifications. This particular engine doesn't generate a lot of candidates, but the right candidates. I don't have to worry as much to receive an influx of unqualified candidates.
Pros
- Sorting out qualified candidates
- targets appropriate audience
- asks the right questions when posting job
Cons
- Allow more applicants for the free posting
- Allow a better way to promote the job
- highlight the position on a higher level
- I have not made a hire from LinkedIn Jobs
- I HAVE made many connections within the Pharmacy community
Indeed seems to have a farther reach than the other products. With that, I receive ALOT of unqualified applicants. You do have to sort through quite a few applications to get to the right fit. LinkedIn Jobs, on the other hand, does not deliver nearly as many candidates, but the ones it does, they are qualified. I am not a fan of SeekOut at all, and ZipRecruiter delivers the same applicants over and over again.
