Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM

I do all of my firm's scheduling and keep track of most tasks for myself and my staff through LACRM. From first contact through to the end of my representation, I use LACRM to track the status of leads and clients. Every day, all day, I have a LACRM tab open so that I can check my calendar, work through my to-do list for the day, and assign tasks to myself and my staff.

Pros

  • Custom "pipelines" to keep detailed track of workflow specific to my business
  • Flexible event and task scheduling, with easy links to staff and clients
  • Fast and lightweight interface

Cons

  • It does everything I want it to do, can't think of suggestions to improve it.
  • For the cost, LACRM is the best investment in software that I have made.

The LACRM interface is lightweight, very responsive, and clean. It has lots of little touches that make it a pleasure to use, like putting recently-accessed clients at the top of the selection list.
I have never needed to contact support.
For a small office like mine, LACRM is perfect. I don't have a lot of other systems that it needs to integrate with, so I haven't explored that. My practice-specific legal software also has calendar and task management features, but I don't bother with them because it is so much easier to do them in LACRM. I suppose that a large office that needed tight integration with other systems would need to be more concerned with whether LACRM supports their specific needs.
