Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

Klaviyo is a powerful email and sms marketing platform that streamlines marketing efforts and drives personalized, targeted campaigns to engage customers effectively.

Some of the key ways that our business utilizes Klaviyo is through: customer segmentation, automated email/sms campaigns, personalization, ecommerce integrations, and analytics and reporting. We are also now exploring their customer data platform.

Ecommerce integrations can be tricky with Klaviyo unless it's through Shopify. They seem to spend most of their effort on that platform.

Since Klaviyo doesn't have dedicated support for most pricing tiers it can be difficult to get access to API documentation or answers to general integration queries.
Behavioral data provided by Klaviyo offers valuable insights into customer actions, interactions, and preferences, enabling us to understand our customers better and tailor marketing efforts more effectively. We are utilizing purchase behavior, engagement levels, abandon cart behaviors, browsing behavior, and segmentation data.
They have helped us with acquisition, retention as well as upselling.
We selected Klaviyo in 2018 when they were disrupting the space. They provided a lot of offerings for a value price.

Klaviyo is a great solution for small to mid market businesses seeking a powerful email or sms marketing platform to streamline their marketing efforts and drive personalized, targeted campaigns to engage customers effectively.

Klaviyo falls short in their sms offering but it continues to get better. Our biggest frustration with SMS is that it can be cumbersome to double optin. Lastly, Klaviyo is very focused on shopify so if you are not utilizing shopify there may need to be customizations needed.
