Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing
Since we are responsible for posting on so many social channels, it helps us post when we are too busy to do it manually. Also when our clients want us to schedule posts on the weekend, it is nice to have the option to do it ahead of time, so I don't have to log into the social media apps on the weekends. However, it does not work for videos or any dynamic assets for me.
Pros
- Scheduling static posts or images ahead of time
- Finding comments users leave on our posts
- Responding back to commenters
Cons
- Scheduling/Posting video assets
- Not having to open the app to answer some of the comments
- It is very time consuming to make certain posts
- Add link in bio to the platform
- Let us add Facebook/Instagram at the same time
- Add Threads
- Improved management of comments
Usually the Khoros support people aren't able to help in many situations that we have problems with. It causes me to not use the system as much as I wish I could. Khoros Marketing is great in theory, but not always in practice.
It's nice to spot spam.

No
Did Khoros Social Media Management live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Would you buy Khoros Social Media Management again?
No
- Buffer, Sprinklr Marketing, Later and Airtable
I like Later a lot because it lets us implement the link in bio and make Facebook + Instagram posts at the same time, which cuts time in half.
