Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We back up all data in our Microsoft 365 platform, Outlook, Teams, etc. We also use it to back up our Salesforce.
Pros
- Quick, efficient and friendly customer service.
- User friendly dashboard and portal.
- Easy and behind the scenes data security.
Cons
- Yet to come across an issue yet.
- No specifics to list, time saved in not having to re-do lost work.
Keepit has been used to secure the data of temporary former employees, whose data we may require once again.
It is a very user-friendly platform, everything simply works in the background daily. Have we ever needed to make a change, it's been quite self-explanatory to figure out.
For us, it was the best option on the market and offered exactly what we require.
