Once set up, Keepit offers a nice background service that creates your daily O365 backups completely transparent. So you don't have to mind on that. If something goes wrong, it will inform you, so you can have a look. The User Interface is easy to work with. Restoring and giving the user the option to search for emails themself is also really good.

KeepIT is well suited as next step of security in combination with extended usage of Microsoft OneDrive. Files on Microsoft Onedrive are not backuped and in case of malware, you are in risk of loosing this data. With KeepIT you are more secure. Its also very good solution for storing datas for users, which already left company.

Because Microsoft does not offer enough backup and with Keepit we have certainly had cases where we were able to retrieve files or even email, which is certainly not the case with Microsoft.
