JumpTrack gives our business point of delivery signatures on the driver's device, which allows real-time proof of delivery and tracking. It also allows us to update the remaining stops during the routes to keep the other customers updated. This is a very powerful tool.

- Accountability of the driver: the real-time GPS shows where they are and when expectations of completion.
- Reporting gives you some nice numbers to review with your drivers to help them become more effective on a daily basis.
Many times, we have been able to look and see where the driver has been and where they currently are. JumpTrack provides the time expectation of the next stops and allows us to relay that to the customer. Also, the proof of delivery and the ability to take pictures of where you dropped the package is a plus as well. We are able to show the customer exactly who signed or where the package was left.
I am absolutely taking advantage of this. The POD on JumpTrack is very well done, available immediately, and can be searched by order number. It can also be sent to customers via email or printed out. I love it.
