Very user friendly as it is Drag and Drop
I've never need support
I use Jotform to create pesticide record documenting forms for my small business. Once my business scales, I will definitely continue to use Jotform as it allows me to customize the elements on my document without the need for coding (which I dabble in but it's frustrating at best). If you are looking to create customizable and seamless forms I recommend just trying them. It's free!
