- Easier way to create graphs.
- Reporting
- Time tracking
- Proyect tracking
- Its compatibility with different frameworks such as SCRUM
- It has allow us the proper documentation of over 50 products.
- Time spent on activities has been reduced by a 25%.
- The reporting module has allowed us to identify over 10 problems in our workflow, allowing us to solve them and become more effective and efficient with it.
- Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
While Zoho was very helpful with the reporting and data it provided, Jira was capable of adapting our proyect planning and organization based on the framework known as SCRUM. This was the key selling point for us and why we opted to work JIRA over Zoho Analytics. Both are very useful in what they do, but we need more specific features.
