Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

I create eLearning modules for staff members in my department at the University. The learning that I create encompasses technical skills, health and safety topics, soft skills, and leadership development. About 1500 employees have access to the materials that I create using iSpring Suite.

Pros

  • Integration with PowerPoint.
  • Ease of Use.
  • Customer Service.

Cons

  • Additional Interactions.
  • Additional Closed Captioning Options.
  • Additional Assets in Library.
  • Positive - less time spent creating courses.
  • Positive - less time spent learning a new software.
  • Positive - many features for a good price.
I give iSpring Suite an overall usability of 10/10 because I started using this software with absolutely no background knowledge, only what I know of using PowerPoint and some instructional design experience. I was able to jump in and create my first course very quickly, with very few questions along the way.
Ultimately, I selected iSpring Suite because of the ease of use and small learning curve. I needed to be able to start creating content immediately, and after doing trial periods with iSpring as well as some of the other options, it was clear that I could be up and running the quickest with iSpring. I don't see any features that are missing for what I need, and it was also the cheapest option.

Do you think iSpring Suite delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with iSpring Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did iSpring Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of iSpring Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy iSpring Suite again?

Yes

Creating interactive courses using the iSpring Suite has been amazing. It is very easy to include activities for our learners to keep them more engaged in learning. We hear frequently that online learning is not engaging enough, and I believe that iSpring is helping to solve those issues. However, we still create a lot of screen-recorded "how-to" videos that I believe iSpring is less well suited for.
