Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I am an accountant who uses isolved for several of my clients' payroll/HR platforms. I have used other software out there but isolved, by far, is the best. My favorite thing is they have the friendliest, most helpful customer service people ever. If I call, they are quick to answer and resolve my issue.

Pros

  • Ease of software
  • Excellent customer service
  • Resolves issues effectively and efficiently

Cons

  • So many options it can be overwhelming
  • Could simplify some instructions
  • Pricing is high for small businesses with only 1 or two employees
  • It takes less time if I have an issue because it's resolved the same day
  • This software allows me to spend my time focusing on other areas of business
  • I don't have to worry about payroll tax calculations because the software is accurate.
Hands down, the BEST customer service
We have not used the HR functions
You can win me over, regardless of cost, by having great customer service, and this company nails it time and time again.

Because of the price, it's not cost-effective for my smaller companies that only have one or two clients on payroll. But once they hit 5 employees or more, it seems to be comparable to other payroll/HR software.
