Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use Isolved for all of our HR needs. Isloved is able to help us do our job more efficiently and quickly, by allowing us to save time on tasks and focus on our employees.

I gave this rating because Isolved always gets back to me. There have been a handful of times where it has taken a bit longer to get a response, but overall they have always answered any question I have.
Isolved has helped us with efficiency and effectiveness. Isloved allows us to do our tasks quickly so we are able to focus on the employee and give them the best experience they can have.
We only use Isolved.

I gave this rating because I love Isolved! They have been able to help me Understand what I want to do. I have been able to take on a new role in my organization and without Isolved I may have never known that i wanted to be in HR and give employees a great experience.

Isolved is very user friendly and allows us to focus on the important things.
I have been using Isolved for a little over 3 years now and I would not change anything. Isolved has been great at helping us solve our problems and allowing us to focus on the experience that the employee receives.

I was not here for the Implementation of Isolved, but have since Implemented many of the things they offer for HR.

Yes - Isolved breaks it up so you are not just Implementing everything all at once. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and answer all questions that you might have before implementing.
Not sure - I was not here when Isolved was implemented.

We had a re-hire that was coming back and I was unable to figure out how to re-hire them without using IHire. I called customer support and they were able to do what I needed and the issue was solved in no time! It was a great experience.

Using isolved

I give it this rating because Isolved is easy to use. Even if you're not quite sure what to do it is very user friendly and easy to figure out.
