Overall Satisfaction with Insent
We use Insent on our website and our marketing and sales teams primarily work with it. We use it to route inbound leads of site visitors to get more prospects converted to sales. Previously, we didn't have a way to answer questions of visitors and had a significant amount of people come to the site and leave without engaging.
- Huspot, Slack and SFDC integrations
- Onboarding! They are a dream to get everything setup. I barely had to do anything.
- UX is wonderful!
- Customer service is top-notch and proactive.
- Cuts down on unqualified leads getting to my sales team.
- Text integration for high value leads.
- Increased qualified calls scheduled.
- Decreased wasted time on low quality leads.
- Increased site conversions.
WAY better onboarding and support and fully-baked product. If for some reason it's missing a feature, you can bring it up and actually get a realistic (and quick) response on the roadmap to develop it. The UX blows all others away with easy branching and logic. You don't know how much time you waste trying to teach a bot and then end up not getting it right. Also, it has IP matching to deanonymize site visitors.
