Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

Due to the uptick in positions, I needed a platform that would do the sourcing and scheduling for me. Indeed did all of the work with engaging and scheduling candidates.

Pros

  • Resume Review.
  • Virtual Setting.
  • Time a candidate waits in the lobby.

Cons

  • Background picture needs to be blurred or a fake picture.
  • Time to hire.
  • New applicant pole.
  • Advertising a hiring event, easily.

Well suited for those of us who work in a virtual environment. Well suited for individuals who are working and would like to have a call back sometime during the event. It was very clean and easy to use. I liked that you could pull the resume up while you were talking to the candidate.
