Nice integration between b2b and b2c
Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Campaign Automation
I’m reselling the WCA to Zurich-Santander as the main marketing campaign manager.
Pros
- Marketing campaign to customers
- Sending the policy of insurance to customers to certify receipt
Cons
- The main [area for] improvement would be the user interface..... it’s extremely hard to compare to Eloqua or Responsys
- Reports !!! Please include Watson Analytics or something !!
- Quick B2C and B2B integration
- Very hard to implement
It’s not the best tool to implement, it’s really difficult. Doesn’t have the best reporting tools, but integrates B2C and B2B and has a few good features and nice price.
