Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Human interest integrates retirement savings plans for my clients in a smooth and seamless way. Before every payroll runs for, my Human Interest emails the payroll manager to confirm if any employee elections have changed. The automatic 401(K) contributions make it impossible to forget to post. Any time I have ever had an issue or inquiry, the help desk has been quick and responsive! I value this service in my day-to-day work life.

- If they could email before making automatic contributions.
- Poor timeliness generating Quarterly reports.
- Affordable monthly fees.
- Easy for employees to update contributions on their own.
- Employees enjoy the self-service interface.
My client chose Human Interest, but I am more then happy with their choice. This system is amazing.
