Overall Satisfaction with Hubstaff
This is a tool that everyone uses to track all their performed activities during the day. It is very precise and takes screenshots as a proof of your activities. It also sends reminders in case your mouse is static for more than 5 minutes. All of those features are customizable and it’s great!
Pros
- Takes screenshots as proof of your activities.
- The time spent can be divided into different activities.
- You can see previous activities and a productivity line.
Cons
- The interface could be more user-friendly.
- Something about how precise the tool is makes it stressful.
- Have the functionally to indicate activities are being done away from the computer, such as sketching.
- Track daily working hours.
- Check the screenshots to verify we are working on the indicated task.
- Daily productivity reports.
- Our clients are satisfied because all the billing hours can be verified.
- It is very easy to use, just click on the start button and that’s it.
- You can select the activity you are working on to match it with the daily reports.
We used to work with Trejo in the past and although it worked it didn’t really track hours in real-time. You can write estimates but it doesn’t allow you to upload exact data regarding productivity, real worked hours, or reports. We tried Hubstaff and were amazed as to how well it solved our issues regarding legitimate working hours, with screenshots and very specific productivity tracking.

Integrating Hubstaff
- Figma
- Google drive
- Microsoft outlook
We were successful integrating Microsoft outlook but it was quite difficult to integrate the other two apps, hope they can improve this soon
