Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to manage all of our prospects and to set up marketing outreach.

Pros

  • Easy to filter for specific client lists
  • Easy to manage tasks
  • Very good at notifying you when important tasks are due

Cons

  • Better bulk sending
  • Easier to set up sequences and send to lists
  • It makes it easy to make sure that opportunities do not fall through
This is comparable to Creditsoft which I loved
It helps the right hand see what the left hand is doing. They can serve up leads for us easily and we know when an opportunity rises
