Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I am using HubSpot to reach and contact all potential leads to sign up with our services offered. I can also assigned a tasks or reminder for my next follow up calls and saving all important information such as notes, email address, names, phone numbers and other details needed for the account.
Pros

- Information logs, such as emails and phone numbers
Cons
- Sometimes HubSpot experience weird issues like it's loading or buffer
- Cannot identify immediately the duplicate leads
- Cannot enter existing email address to the accounts
- It helps to identify the sales closed
- Number of calls activities done in daily, weekly or monthly chart
- Can track the leads easily
