Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I am using HubSpot to reach and contact all potential leads to sign up with our services offered. I can also assigned a tasks or reminder for my next follow up calls and saving all important information such as notes, email address, names, phone numbers and other details needed for the account.

Pros

  • Tasks reminder
  • Activities logs
  • Information logs, such as emails and phone numbers

Cons

  • Sometimes HubSpot experience weird issues like it's loading or buffer
  • Cannot identify immediately the duplicate leads
  • Cannot enter existing email address to the accounts
  • It helps to identify the sales closed
  • Number of calls activities done in daily, weekly or monthly chart
  • Can track the leads easily
It's very easy to use, not so complicated compare to other CRM. Highly recommeded for the big companies and has millions of leads saved, it does not have limits so very good to use.
Because it is organized, easy to use and can really help to track your sales growth

HubSpot is user friendly and very easy to use, I can immediately copy and dial the number saved on the account and can log all notes I need to save on the account. Sometimes it's a headache coz it's taking so long to load information and to log activities and etc.
