Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Aible uses Hubspot as our master source of deal creation and communication from website to contracting as much as we can. We have several extensions that help us upload new contacts.

Pros

  • Email

Cons

  • Email Delivery
  • More of an idea of progress in the deal cycle with pick lists
  • We still use sheets which needs to change - need to make sure people use it fully for revenue
  • Opportunity Linking and Company Linking needs improvement
It is very easy to use but finding ways to see one source of effort is a challenge given the components - Make more form fills to help with tasks
Our work in this space is our issue and coming up with ways to make sure touch points and actions flow to a combined dashboard would help.
Hubspot is very much easier to use but so many new hires know Salesforce the adoption for cross over success takes to long. Look for ways to say do this like you did with SFDC and you will do well.
