Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot as a CRM tool to contact clients. Track conversation, and pursue closing contracts for Tiny Home Rv's

Pros

  • Track Client data
  • Make email response easy
  • Share information internally

Cons

  • Would be nice to move an email reply off of the HubSpot web page when responding.
  • Make it easier to add an email to the templates
  • Have normal text editing options when emailing in hub spot
  • It assists in closing contracts
  • it us hard to look back on potential clients as they are all just a long list
  • Creating templates should be easier
This is the first CRM tool i have used that was not an Excel based tracking list with manual data entry
IT make it easy to cover for other sales members as emails are available to see regardless of whos client it is.
So far its the best one I have has the opportunity to use

Its is great for making it simple to contact new clients as they show up as unassigned.

Would be nice for clients who responded back be moved back to the top of the client list. While having a note that a response in needed, as we get hundreds of emails a week and sometimes an email will be opened but not responded to as we all have distractions.
