Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM allows us to be as organized as possible in such a hectic and fast-paced work environment, especially working in the credit card processing industry. HubSpot CRM allows us to quickly respond to merchants/reps/customers in a timely fashion to meet the high standards we hold at Wholesale Payments. The Reports tool within HubSpot CRM also allows us to see the data accurately and lets us prepare what's to come/ what we can expect in the future. Can't say enough good things about HubSpot CRM.

Compared to the previous software we used (ACT), HubSpot CRM is way better due to its simplicity and user-friendliness. Before our company used HubSpot CRM, our ticketing system was through Gmail, and was hard to stay organized with the influx of tickets coming in. Through HubSpot CRM we're also able to organize by each department, equipment, and much more.
HubSpot CRM has significantly increased our overall production here at Wholesale Payments Inc. Due to the user-friendly, browser-based software, it's very easy to use and get familiar with. We can't say enough good things about the ticketing system within HubSpot CRM as it's been such a huge upgrade from the previous software we used. HubSpot CRM also continues to improve its already great software.
  • Swiftpage ACT!
HubSpot CRM should not even be compared to the ACT! The software our company used previously to HubSpot CRM. HubSpot CRM is so much better in every aspect compared to the software we used previously. HubSpot CRM is a lot more user-friendly compared to the software we used previously. Since switching over to HubSpot CRM, we're able to be a lot more efficient overall.

At Wholesale payments, we value the feedback of not only our customers but our merchants and sales reps. HubSpot CRM allows us to respond promptly to our customers, merchants, and sales reps. Hubspot automatically generates tickets and organizes them by the department in a timely and prompt manner. Through HubSpot CRM, we're able to view data of incoming and outgoing equipment/requests to prepare for incoming orders. It allows us to prepare for which equipment we need to prepare before the equipment is officially requested.
