Overall Satisfaction with Hoxhunt

[...] uses Hoxhunt to help employees remain aware of potential cyber issues using real world applications by periodically sending emails containing traps or enticements. Over time and through continued education/explanation of methods fraudsters use technology communications to lure us into providing them access to our information, we become conditioned to look for and identify oddities in the communications we receive.

Pros

  • Making the communications appear legitimate
  • Providing examples and quizzes to test knowledge
  • Keeping the trap communications fresh and enticing

Cons

  • Email not read time needs to be longer than a few days
  • As we challenge each other to out perform other employee, we become more verse and aware of phishing traps, which keeps our company safer.
