- Up time
- Feature rich like my old phone system
- Highly portable for on the go users
- Responsive customer service to help with any issues
Cons
- I am not as impressed with Dial Plan GUI
- Accounting has to wait a few days for the billing PDF to be ready
- Moves-Adds-Changes could be more intuitive
- Fast setup, avoiding lengthy downtime when previous system failed
- Features were similar to previous system so training was minimal
- Blocking of outgoing toll numbers was a bonus
