Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect for all our communications, with Yealink phones and the mobile application we are connected from anywhere, I am amazed at the great call quality that GoTo Connect gives us. Previously we had the problem of the limitations of an analog switch due to the lack of portability, in addition to the costs involved in updating or renewing it. Without a doubt, it was our best choice to hire GoTo Connect services.

Pros

  • The quality of the call stands out from other telephony services
  • The mobility of telephone lines saves a lot of installation and relocation expenses
  • The cost of the service is fair for all the features it offers
  • The service provides connection with desk phone and mobile phone without complications

Cons

  • It would be great to be able to take an ongoing call from your desk phone in the mobile app
  • Record calls from the basic plan at least for some extensions
  • Improve the virtual meeting interface
  • Upgrading communications to the cloud helped us increase staff productivity.
  • The benefits of telephony in the cloud, video calls and chats improved our daily work processes.
  • The investment required to implement the project in the cloud was similar to the analog service upgrade we had.
  • Reduced customer call wait times.
The implementation process was very friendly with the company, we did not have to stop communications during business hours. If you are looking to increase work performance in your processes, GoTo Connect is definitely the key, we have to remember that the communication of all the company's collaborators is vital to achieve the desired results.
Just perfect. For the technology area, it has meant a very considerable time saving, from a single tool that can manage what previously had to be done with 3 or 4 different tools. In addition to saving installation costs since not much material is required as before. The best point is the quality and the satisfaction of the final users who do not finish praising the service.

GoTo Connect covers all our communication needs throughout the company, for the customer service area it helps a lot in its portability, it is not necessary to have employees in a static place since they can answer and redirect calls from anywhere. For the administrative and operational areas there is no limitation in case of having cases of work at home. I don't find any weakness to GoTo Connect
