Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We have a few remote workers that work on different days that answer phone calls for our office, and the phone mapping, as well as scheduling options, make it so easy to set things up and forget about it! We also had an easy time setting up a phone tree that helped direct callers to the correct person for their specific needs within our office.

- Site user interface can be buggy sometimes
- Searching call records feels a little bulky
- We switched from a dental-specific phone company, and have noticed improved quality for a cheaper cost each month.
We only need it for phones in our office but have found that even just that aspect of the service alone is well-done and handles all our specific needs when it comes to receiving, directing, and answering calls, or even transferring calls amongst employees.
- Weave
GoTo Connect links directly with our dental software, just like Weave did. The functionality of a phone system is much more intricate and robust, but still easier to use than Weave was. It alone doesn't have all the same functions, being that Weave was for dental practices, but we didn't need any of those specific functions anymore, so GoTo Connect handles what we did and still need even better. It just made sense to switch.

Using GoTo Connect
4 - Connecting with patients for scheduling, confirming appointments, treatment planning, and answering patient questions, or at least directing them to the right person or provider that can help them answer.
4 - GoTo Connect is very user friendly, even for new users. We have in-house phones, and one of our staff even uses their new web app to make phone calls and check voicemails from home. GoTo Connect is very plug and go in its ease for use.

GoTo Connect integrates with our Practice Management Software, Curve Hero Dental, and sends the information of the caller directly to our software, which then relays to us on screen, in the system, who is calling (complete with a direct link to their chart) so that we can pull up their information even before we've answered the call!
