We use it for every day email, shared documents and to manager our conference rooms.

Cons
- The search function in google mail is really really hard to use
- I wish you could organize mail a little bit easier
- Has been able to support our growth from 5 people to over 70 in just a few years!
never looked at anyone else - we knew Google Workspace was right for us!
