We have recently evaluated GoodData and required a setup time of 2 months to get the required dashboards configured. We had some challenges getting SOO in place. Overall the GoodData support team was very helpful and professional when we required support
As an executive sponsor, I was impressed with the quality of the custom dashboards that were created which was a step change improvement from our previous analytics configuration. This significantly improved the visual look and feel and quality of demonstrations I have given to clients
The primary reasons GoodData was selected was data modeling capability, ability to standardize complex metrics, quality of viaualization and multi-tenancy
