Overall Satisfaction with GoodData

The use of gooddata in our company serves as a dashboard for creating customer KPIs. The use of Gooddata really helps us in doing our work so that our work is faster. So far we are very satisfied with the performance of gooddata. From use to support, we are very helpful.
The problem we are facing is about creating dashboard KPIs. From our point of view, we really need the variables provided by gooddata. For example, like MAQL, we rely heavily on the MAQL function in gooddata. Because with MAQL I can manage data flow without the need for me to use SQL again

So far, we are very satisfied with gooddata's performance, there have been no complaints, in my opinion, gooddata has been very helpful. There are deficiencies but they don't really have an impact because they are assisted by the support team from gooddata itself. So far so good. Good Job Gooddata
After buying, we need to adjust the features and how to use it for about 1 week, we need to study it, when we learn it, we immediately use it with our customers. The first month we still had problems because there were some misunderstandings with the gooddata function but we were assisted by the gooddata support team.
Until now, the features that we really rely on are custom charts and the use of MAQL. Why MAQL? Because when I use MAQL it feels like I'm using SQL but the function is different. MAQL is very helpful in processing the data that I created to be displayed on the chart
First, we use gooddata to process all data processes from start to finish, and we have implemented that from the beginning of the customer until now.Second, we use Trello to manage our work tasksThird, we use SEO to help us search the internet, especially GoogleSo far, these are the only tools we have used
We chose gooddata compared to other products because gooddata is easier for ordinary people like me to use. Apart from being easy, gooddata also has many features which are more than enough to help my work and costs incurred by gooddata are lower than when I use other products. In the case of our company, gooddata came in when we needed a platform that was powerful and easy to set up. Because in scenarios in our company we have to manage a lot of data to create certain KPIs with such a large amount of data. if we use an inappropriate Dashboard, the flow of data to our customers will be disrupted

Using GoodData

10 - Our company is engaged in logistics and dashboard optimization. Currently our company already has several clients from retail, warehouse, F&B, and others. Our clients are very satisfied, especially when using the dashboard which has been integrated with GoodData to date and in the future we will increase international market targets.
4 - Understand the overall function of the GoodData dashboard, in terms of the features or tools provided by GoodData. Because this is part of making the work easier and I really like the gooddata capabilities of MAQL. This is also an important thing to master. Apart from that, the ability to analyze tables speeds up access to data that will be displayed on the report/dashboard that has been created.
