Overall Satisfaction with Gong

All calls are recorded with prospects. Great way to go back to review calls and learn from your mistakes. Also is extremely handy that they have a full catalog of old calls so you can go back to gain insights on accounts. Very easy to set up and use; as soon as the call finishes, it gets uploaded automatically.

Pros

  • Records Calls.
  • Speech to Text Feature.
  • Ability to skip to next speaker when rewatching a call.

Cons

  • Can't think of any negatives. Gong is a product I really enjoy using.

  • Creating learning opportunities for team.

Very user-friendly. Just look up the video you need to review, and everything is there for you.
An insight my team uses is talk time. It is always interesting to see how long you spoke for compared to the prospect. We always try to let the prospect talk and explain their problems for as long as possible, so we have more information and tools to work with.
Gong was already a selected vendor. I have not used or tried any vendors but likely would not look to switch. Why change something that Isn't broken It is a great tool that I really enjoy using.

Gong is a perfect tool for every sales team. Records every call and interaction with customers which is essential to learn from and improve as a team. The way it automatically uploads is extremely handy as you can go straight away and recap the calls. Definitely a great tool I would recommend.
