Use Cases and Deployment Scope

A central place for multiple sales and marketing individuals to access documents and share- large heavy graphic decks. Dropbox is also more universal for sharing documents with external clients as well. It makes it easier to monitor changes and versions of updated information for all individuals accessing general information as well as customized work by category, vertical or client.

Less than optimal is that there is no notification if a file is shared outside the organization what the activity is
