Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I really appreciate the flexibility of using Dropbox for my department and sharing files securely outside of my organization. I like that I can keep all my projects in one place and know that files will stay secure and synced. Navigating between my own folders and company folders is a breeze as well. (Box> cloud!).

Cons

Dropbox sometimes goes down for me at random times.
Make cloud / desktop file syncing clear and even easier to use at a glance.
Make external folder sharing easier to share with a link.

Return on Investment

Alleviates need to use slow VPN/server company-wide.
It makes collaborating with external freelancers more seamless with limited-access folder sharing.
It makes file organization more efficient, with clear navigation in place for multiple big projects and nested folders.

It works very well for my particular role in book design, where I manage multiple projects simultaneously and need to link to hundreds of images nested within other folders. At times, though, it seems my computer folders will change which files are kept in the cloud vs. my desktop.
