We use Dropbox for all files related to our practice. This is for information regarding treatments, research documents, best practices, and team meetings. We share folders for onboarding with new hires as well as other training materials related to our work.

It's well suited when you have an organization in which people aren't always communicating on a daily basis due to scheduling. We are a mental health clinic that has several providers with varying schedules, so it's nice to be able to share information outside of our bimonthly meetings.
