Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We have been using Dropbox for 9 years and above, it is the safest way to save information and it also allows us to work on the same document as a team. We don’t have to worry about losing the information.
I would add that, Dropbox needs to improve on the syncing of video and photos it takes a long time to upload pictures and videos.

Some times it’s hard to do a search bar as Dropbox is so specific and only show’s answers to the specific way someone saved the document, now with multiple staff coming to use Dropbox it makes it harder

- Makes it easier to for a team to work on one document
- We are able to edit and save the document
- Gives tons of storage space
- Easily shareable
Cons
- For ngo users it is a little bit expensive especially NGOs in the developing countries. Dropbox can improve by revising their prices do that many NGOs can access and be sure they will never lose their information.
- The positive impact is Dropbox gives the 10 sign up at a cost for NGO users, this definitely helps

Storage space was one of the main reasons why we chose Dropbox and easy access to all the users across the organization, we also needed a way to share information between the two countries Zambia and the USA 🇺🇸 as we are registered in both of those countries and we have workers in both countries
None but would request for a user guide for someone new to Dropbox but Dropbox has enough storage space and you can retrieve your files easily I remember one of our staff members accidentally deleted the whole entire Special Hope Network Dropbox we all went into panic we contacted Dropbox and we were able to retrieve all the information back

No because we are donor funded we just don’t have enough funds to channel to that would love to in the future when we can afford it. Overall we are satisfied with what we have it absolutely does the work of what we need we have information for more than 9 years it’s really nice to look back at what we have accomplished and how safe our information is
