Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as an access point for all employees. It helps us share information without using emails. We use it on a daily basis. We have documents there, like letterheads, that any employee with access can easily view and use. We have given limited access to employees.

Pros

  • Keeps information on the platform.

Cons

  • The syncing of files if more than one employee is working on it.
  • We have situations where it saves a file as an employee's copy instead of just saving it in the initial document.
  • So far I'm not too sure.

Storing information does that exceptionally well because of the access it has. Whatever device.
